Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch all orders, both domestic and international, within 3-7 working days. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will inform you promptly.
For handmade or customized items, production times may differ and are noted on the relevant product pages.
Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 days, with international deliveries requiring an additional 4-5 days.
We collaborate with reliable courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Xpressbees for domestic shipping, and FedEx, Aramex, UPSC, or DHL for international shipments. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email or WhatsApp.
Domestic Shipments
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for an additional ₹65 fee.
International Shipments
- Free international shipping is offered on orders over US$600. For orders under US$600, a standard shipping charge starting at US$35 will apply.
Please note, while we strive to provide accurate information regarding taxes and duties, local authorities in your country may impose additional charges that are beyond our control. These fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Currently, COD is not available for international orders. We do not offer refunds or manage return shipping for international orders. If an exchange is authorized, the customer will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the item back.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Bonnt Jewellery, our goal is to provide a delightful experience for our customers. We offer a thorough return policy to protect your rights as a consumer.
If you receive a faulty, defective, or misrepresented item, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges. Our return window is 7 days from the receipt of the product. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items due to a change of mind.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the credit will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
