SALES POLICY
bonnt Jewellary enters into a binding agreement once the order is placed by you i.e. (buyer) and accepted by us (the seller). Once the order is confirmed the price mentioned in the invoice by the seller will be the final price and it will be inclusive of taxes and shipment.
Kindly note the order confirmed by the buyer will be final and no cancellation will be considered. bonnt Jewellary reserves the right to cancel the order, in case there is any unauthorized activity in the payment.
In case a damaged product or wrong product is sent by the seller i.e. bonnt Jewellary the same should be informed us by an email with the tag, product image and invoice copy, bonnt Jewellary will schedule a pick up for the same from your door step. The address to be mentioned is a

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
After placing the order, customer has an option to cancel the order within one hour; the refund for the same will be processed within 10 working days through same payment mode. The return of jewellery delivered should be informed to bonnt Jewellary through an email (with tag no, invoice copy and product image) which is info@bonnt.com. in within 24 hours. bonnt Jewellary. will arrange a pick up free of cost for those products informed within 24 hours.
